OVERVIEW OF THE FINANCIAL ANALYST ROLE:
- Build and maintain financial models to support business decisions
- Analyze trends, variances, and key performance indicators
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Prepare dashboards and reporting packages for leadership
- Collaborate with accounting on financial reporting and accuracy
- Provide ad hoc analysis on business performance and initiatives
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2-5+ years of experience in financial analysis or accounting
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting
- Ability to communicate insights to non-finance stakeholders
