Position consists of general repair and maintenance of a portfolio of properties located in Philadelphia. We are seeking a detailed oriented maintenance technician with exceptional diagnostics and problem-solving skills, and the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations. We are looking for someone with general knowledge of repairs. The technician will be completing work orders for rental units, including residential properties.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all areas of building maintenance at multiple properties (all within a 2-3 miles radius)
• Inspect and prepare vacant units for apartment turnover
• Ensure completion of work orders in a timely fashion
• Perform routine preventive maintenance

Qualifications:

• Candidate will (preferably) have at least 3 years of experience in maintenance
• Deadline and detailed oriented
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Tools required to complete repairs
• Cell phone for receiving work orders, clocking in and out, and communicating with management and tenants.

• Drywall
• Painting
• The Mechanical
• HVAC

The technician will be responsible for completing the projects from start to finish, documenting work completed with pictures and notes along with communication with tenants.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Experience:

• Maintenance: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)

• Philadelphia, PA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
