Landscape Foreman
Kimicata Brothers Inc. is a family-owned landscape company serving the greater Pittsburgh area since 1929. As a Landscape Foreman, you will lead a dedicated crew in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. This role features a unique four-day work week, allowing for a balanced schedule while working with a team that takes pride in quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a crew in the installation and maintenance of landscape projects, ensuring all work meets company standards.
- Coordinate with management to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Efficiently manage labor, equipment, and materials on job sites.
- Maintain high-quality workmanship and attention to detail in all landscape tasks.
- Promote and maintain a safe, productive, and positive work environment for all team members.
Qualifications
- Experience in landscape installation and maintenance.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Compensation
Earn up to $28.00 per hour based on verifiable experience. Work 36 hours per week and receive pay for 40 hours with perfect punctuality and attendance.
