We are seeking a skilled and dependable Field Supervisor to oversee residential exterior projects. This hands-on leadership role provides excellent career growth while tackling the challenges of construction management. You’ll be responsible for coordinating stucco remediation, roofing, siding, gutters, windows, doors, and decks—ensuring quality craftsmanship, safety compliance, and timely, budget-conscious completion. On the Job Project Oversight Responsibilities:
Hands-on work atmosphere
Supervise day-to-day field operations on sites.
Maintain a friendly and respectful relationship with homeowners and colleagues.
Ensure work aligns with project plans, specifications, and agreed schedules.
Direct and coordinate subcontractors, laborers, and field crews.
Provide training, guidance, and support to on-site workers.
Maintain quality control
Address any deficiencies and immediately make it right and to protocol
Enforce safety protocols and ensure all job sites comply with regulations.
Keeping the project manager informed about progress or delays using Company Cam application
Be able to meet with the township Inspectors.
Allocate tasks effectively to meet project deadlines and avoid disruption
Oversee material deliveries and inspect for quality and accuracy.
Ensure all materials ordered arrive as planned and fit project requirements.
Act as a point of contact for homeowners, subcontractors, and project managers, ensuring quality customer service.

Handle change orders like a pro, keeping projects on track when tasks evolve beyond the original plan.
Master of Documentation
Keep accurate records of work, incidents, and change orders—because what gets documented gets done.
Take detailed daily notes, snap site photos, and log materials like a field ninja. We use Company Cam, so it makes it super easy to stay in touch (and doesn’t take up personal phone storage!)
Your Superpowers
Organizational wizardry, time-management mastery, and problem-solving finesse.
Customer service chops—because happy clients make happy projects.
Knowledge of exterior remodeling? Awesome. No experience? Don’t worry—we’ll train the right go-getters.
Tech-savvy, comfortable with apps and computers.
A valid driver’s license to get you to the action.
Bonus points if you’re bilingual—extra hero points if you can charm clients in two languages.

Compensation
Competitive pay ($60,000 – $80,000 annually) based on experience
