Elementary PE Teacher
2026–2027 School Year
Cheder Menachem Girls School is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Elementary PE Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with young children and be able to create engaging and age-appropriate physical education classes for students in Kindergarten through 2nd grade.
Responsibilities:
- Lead fun and structured PE classes for elementary students.
- Encourage teamwork, sportsmanship, and healthy habits.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate physical activities and games.
- Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive environment for students.
- Communicate and collaborate with staff as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with elementary-aged children preferred.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Energetic, organized, and positive approach to teaching.
- Ability to engage young students in physical activity in a fun and encouraging way.
Position Details:
- 30 minutes a class - 6 classes total
- One day a week (Monday through Thursday flexibility)
- Hours: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
