What You’ll Do

• Execute dishes consistently while following all food safety and sanitation standards

• Prep, stock, and maintain your station for smooth service

• Follow standardized recipes to uphold quality and consistency

• Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly

• Maintain a clean, organized workstation (FIFO, labeling, hygiene)

• Complete opening, mid-shift, and closing duties efficiently

• Work with urgency to support the flow of service

• Execute allergy protocols with care and accuracy

Who You Are

• A professional cook with solid fundamentals and kitchen experience

• Organized, reliable, and calm under pressure

• Team-oriented and communicative

• Open to feedback and motivated to improve

• Detail-driven with a respect for standards and systems

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Safely and effectively use all necessary tools, equipment, & cleaning chemicals
• Stand and walk for an entire shift, including moving safely through all areas of the restaurant, which may include stairs, uneven and slick surfaces
• Ability to bear exposure to hot and cold environments
