Hall Industries, Inc. is currently looking for a full-time qualified Quality Technician for its Ellwood City, PA. location.

Job description and Requirements

High School Diploma

Minimum 3-year experience as quality control in a manufacturing setting

Solve the day-to-day quality problems to encompass all parts, products and processes to improve quality. Involve the affected departments, coordinate and report solutions.

Provide guidance to others in establishing quality control techniques for determining, maintaining, and improving the quality of manufacturing operations.

Inspect parts or product (using measuring tools, mechanical, and electrical equipment) as required for manufacturing procedures and processes; document and report results.

Ensure that QC documents are processed and filed with corresponding job files.

Ensure that processes and policies adhere to ISO 9001 and 13485 standards.

Ability to interpret part drawings and tolerances

Knowledge of QMS and ISO 9001 & 13485 standards or related Quality system environment

Knowledge and use of various inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, comparators, height gauge, plug and ring gauges, pin gauges, ect...

Desired Skills:

Internal auditing experience

GD&T knowledge/experience

Monday - Friday

Day shift 7:00am-3:30pm (varies if working overtime)

Occasional optional Saturdays 5:00am-1:00pm
