*Outpatient Psychiatrist Morgantown | Harmony Overview:*

Harmony is seeking an Outpatient Psychiatrist to provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, therapy, and medication management for adult patients in an outpatient setting. This role involves overseeing Advanced Practice Providers and implementing advanced treatments like Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato. *Position Highlights:*

* No on-call duties
* Work with adult outpatient populations
* Conduct psychiatric assessments, psychotherapy, and manage medications
* Provide supervision and mentorship to PMHNPs/PAs

*Required Qualifications:*

* Board eligible or board certified in Psychiatry
* M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school
* Completion of an accredited Psychiatry residency program
* Active medical license in West Virginia (or eligibility to obtain)
* DEA registration in good standing
* Interest in interventional psychiatry (TMS, Spravato, or similar therapies preferred)

*Practice Environment:*

* Multiple locations across West Virginia
* Full-time position with flexible hybrid scheduling
* Outpatient office-based care
* Collaborate with a diverse team offering medication management, therapy, interventional psychiatry, and neuropsychiatric assessments
