Job Title: Arcade Attendant

Location: All Star Sports Complex
Reports To: Property Manager

All Star Sports Complex is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Arcade Attendant to oversee day-to-day operations in our arcade. This role includes staffing the prize counter, assisting guests with machine issues, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and supporting overall guest satisfaction. This position also offers opportunities for cross-training in other areas of the facility as they become available.

• Prize Counter Operations:
  Assist guests at the prize counter by redeeming tickets, explaining prizes, and delivering excellent customer service.
  
• Troubleshooting & Support:
  Respond to guest concerns related to arcade games or equipment, perform basic troubleshooting, and escalate technical issues or larger concerns to the Property Manager.
  
• Cleanliness & Maintenance:
  Maintain a clean and orderly arcade environment, including the prize counter, game areas, and surrounding spaces. Report any safety or maintenance concerns promptly.
  
• Customer Service:
  Greet guests warmly, answer questions, and ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for all visitors.
  
• Additional Duties:
  Support other areas of the complex as assigned and assist with special projects or events when needed.
  
• Cross-Training:
  Opportunity for training in other departments (e.g., concessions, events, attractions) to expand your skills and assist with operational needs.
  

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or entertainment environments preferred
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs as needed
