Job Details Salary: From $20 to $35 an hour Paying 1.5 times on Warranty work Job Type: Full Time Location: Easton, PA 18043 Position Overview We are looking for a dedicated Automotive Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional vehicle maintenance and repair services while ensuring high customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot customer vehicle concerns accurately using administrative and technical tools. Maintain courteous and professional interactions with all customers. Assist in greeting customers at the Service Drive when needed. Stay updated on technical publications and system operations. Deliver safe and reliable vehicle service as promised on the first visit. Address all original customer concerns before recommending additional services. Inspect vehicles for potential maintenance needs consistent with local and factory recommendations. Return vehicles to customers in a clean or cleaner condition than upon arrival. Participate in factory and in-house training programs to enhance technical skills. Complete all required paperwork accurately and ensure proper documentation is attached to the repair order. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Maintain punctuality and a professional appearance with a clean uniform. Job Requirement:Qualifications Experience in performing warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on various vehicle makes and models. Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Professional appearance and strong work ethic. High-energy personality with a positive attitude. Ability to read and understand instructions clearly. Good judgment and decision-making skills. Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record. Education and Certifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical aptitude demonstrated by ASE certification. Technical or trade school degree preferred.
