Calling all exceptional Legal PAs! Our prestigious US law firm client is seeking two talented and proactive Legal PAs to join their Corporate team, following exciting growth with the arrival of three new Partners.
- Salary to £55,000
- Hybrid working (4 days office / 1 day WFH)
- £100 monthly employee contribution
- Free lunch every Wednesday
- Liverpool Street location
Key Responsibilities of the Corporate Legal PA:
- Provide secretarial support for Partners and Associates
- Extensive diary management, including arranging travel, conference calls, internal and external meetings
- Provide document support including accurately inputting, editing, and processing all agreements, spreadsheets, presentations, and other documentation
- Input and process lawyers’ time, expenses, and client billing records
- Coordinate client meetings with room reservations, catering and audio / visual equipment
Skills & Requirements of the Corporate Legal PA:
- Previous Legal PA / Secretarial experience in a law firm
- Experience providing high quality document production – proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Dictaphone
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
