This Accounts Receivable Clerk position involves working directly with customers to settle outstanding balances while maintaining professionalism and positive relationships. The role includes making daily deposits, processing and entering customer invoices, applying payments accurately, and providing general office support as needed.

Responsibilities

• Settle outstanding balances with customers while maintaining professionalism.

• Make daily deposits and process customer invoices.

• Enter customer invoices and apply payments accurately.

• Provide general office support as needed.

Essential Skills

• Experience with collections and reviewing aging reports.

• Proficiency in pivot tables and Vlookups in Excel.

• Experience with large-scale ERP systems such as SAP, SAGE, NetSuite, Oracle, Workday, or Infor.

• 3+ years of experience making collection calls.

• 3+ years of experience reviewing/managing an aging report.

• 3+ years of billing experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with SAGE 100 is a plus.

• Experience with pivot tables and Vlookups in various applications.

Work Environment

The role is fully onsite, operating Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM with a one-hour lunch break. The benefits package includes 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, life insurance, and vision insurance.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45700.00 - $52000.00/yr.
