Your Opportunity

Our ideal candidates will:

Currently work as bankers or lenders, bringing over 20 years of industry experience.
Have a background in delivering training both in-person and in virtual settings.
Possess a strong and engaging teaching presence that inspires learners.
Value and promote a diverse, equitable, and inclusive learning environment.
Feel comfortable using virtual technology, including various platforms and audio/video equipment.
Have relatively new equipment, such as a laptop, webcam, operating system, and speakers.
Enjoy teaching from a suitable and private space with a reliable internet connection.
Be committed to fostering a long-term relationship with us.
Be willing to invest time to learn our content and offerings.
