Delivery Driver

Termac Corporation, a 62-year-old industry leader in quality Commercial Dishwashers, is looking for a delivery driver in Philadelphia, PA. This position is responsible for checking and ensuring the accuracy and quality of all materials, products and equipment to be delivered in a safe, courteous and timely manner. Required to work eff actively as part of customer support and sales teams and to do so in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws as well in compliance with all company policies and procedures Duties and Responsibilities:

Requirements:

● Perform various delivery functions and duties including pre-delivery vehicle preparation, learn and adhere to all procedures and policies related to the facility loading areas
● Conduct pre-trip and post trip inspections,ensuring the delivery vehicle is clean and well maintained.
● Check all assigned orders for quality and accuracy
● Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers at all times
● Perform all job duties in a prompt and safe manner as assigned to exceed customer expectations
● Loading and unloading all products and equipment daily as assigned
● Comply with all company uniform and appearance standards
● Collaborate with other members of team to load and unload vehicles as needed
● Accurately process paperwork and payment transactions
● Maintain an organized, safe and clean work area as well as work vehicle
● Other duties as assigned by management Position Qualifi cations:
● Experience in route driving
● Experience driving a 20’ or a 24’ delivery box truck in a city and suburb environment.
● Clean driving record and the ability to maintain a clean driving record.
● Excellent written and verbal communications
● Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check
● Ability to pass a DOT physical
● Basic understanding of plumbing and electrical.
● Proven experience in using tools (wrenches,screwdrivers,drills,etc.) in a safe manner to
disconnect Commercial dish machines from plumbing (water lines,drains) and electric.
● Ability to lift,push and maneuver heavy items independently or with a partner using moving
equipment.

Position Qualifications:
