Job Description
The Personal Lines Customer Service Representative at Allstate Insurance Agency Mechanicsburg PA is responsible for maintaining solid customer relationships through daily interaction with customers, insurance carriers, and fellow employees.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and correspondence.
- Maintain excellent relationships with clients and prospects to understand and appropriately handle their needs.
- Collaborate with team members and participate in formal and informal meetings as needed.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, comments, and actions taken in the agency management system.
Qualifications
- Have a proven track record of success in the insurance industry or related field.
- Hold the P&C insurance license for the State of Pennsylvania or be willing to attain the license. L&H helpful but not required.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and a source of reliable transportation.
- Have a space suitable for work from home if applicable.
Flexible work from home options available.
Compensation: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
