Databricks Data Engineer
Position Overview: Design and manage Databricks data engineering solutions, including pipelines, data models, analytics, and Sales Incentive Compensation (SIC) processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and optimize Databricks pipelines, Delta Lake tables, and workflows.
- Develop data solutions for quotas, commissions, attainment, and payout processing.
- Translate SIC rules into accurate data models and transformations.
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales Operations, IT, and BI teams.
- Troubleshoot, test, document, and optimize data pipelines.
- 7+ years of data engineering experience.
- 3+ years of Databricks experience.
- Databricks.
- Delta Lake.
- Delta Live Tables.
- Unity Catalog.
- Python/Scala.
- SQL.
- ETL/ELT.
- Cloud platforms.
- SIC experience.
- Experience with Anaplan, Oracle ICM, or Varicent is highly preferred.
- Strong data architecture skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree.
