Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager III to lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of distribution line design projects. This hybrid role requires on-site presence at the Lehigh Service Center on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, scheduling, and controls, with a strong understanding of the engineering design process. While a PMP certification and Primavera P6 experience are preferred, they are not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of distribution line design projects, ensuring engineering milestones align with construction needs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, permitting, and real estate, to manage scope, risks, and project reporting.
• Develop and maintain integrated schedules using Microsoft tools and Primavera P6.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in distribution project management, project scheduling and controls, and the engineering design process.
• Preferred (not required): Bachelor’s degree in business or STEM.
• Preferred (not required): PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.

Pay Range: $75 - $80/hr. W2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
