What You'll Do:
- Create a Home Away From Home: Transform guest rooms into clean, welcoming retreats by meticulously cleaning and arranging every detail.
- Be the Cleanliness Champion: Maintain sparkling public areas and back-of-house spaces, ensuring every corner of the hotel reflects our high standards.
- Surprise and Delight: Anticipate guest needs by replenishing amenities and supplies, making each stay personalized and special.
- Attention to Detail: Perfect the little things – from making beds with crisp linens to shining bathroom fixtures – to leave a lasting impression.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the front desk and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Safety First: Promptly report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
- Be a Problem Solver: Address any guest requests or concerns with a positive attitude and a commitment to resolving issues quickly.
