Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic on 2nd & 3rd shift!

Job Description

The Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for the disassembly, troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance on a variety of heavy machines in the shop. The machinery is used in processes such as galvanizing or wet drawing of commercial wire.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting on motors and gears.
• Conduct mechanical maintenance and repairs.
• Work on electrical, PLC, welding, and fabrication tasks as needed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of Industrial Maintenance on Heavy Machinery
• Mechanical capabilities with Motors, Gears, Bearings, etc.
• Welding Skills
• Familiarity with Industrial Electrical is a plus
• Must provide own mechanic set of tools - metric shop, so metric tools are ideal.

This is a Permanent position based out of York, PA.

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $66560.00/yr.

- 40 hours PTO prorated at time of hire - 90 days in receives additional 24 hours PTO - PTO increase after 1st and 2nd year - 7 paid holidays -optional Aflac -simple IRA -Capital Blue -Principal Medical -Long term disability - Company $150 boot reimbursement every 2 years - Company uniforms provided

This is a fully onsite position in York,PA.

This position is anticipated to close on Aug 27, 2026.
