Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented sales associate to join our team. In this role, you will be customers first point of contact, helping them find the right tires and matching them to the services that meet their needs. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide outstanding customer service will be key to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assess their needs.
Provide recommendations on tire options based on vehicle type, driving habits, and budget.
Prepare service orders and ensure accurate descriptions of requested services are passed to the service team.
Schedule appointments for tire installation, PA Inspections, oil changes, and other services.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tire products and promotions.
Communicate clearly with customers about service processes and timelines.
Collaborate with technicians to ensure efficient service delivery.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; automotive experience is a plus.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
A basic understanding of tire products and services is a plus.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
Team player with a positive attitude.
