Landscape Maintenance Crew Member
Join our team as a Landscape Maintenance professional and help create and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, have a keen eye for detail, and take pride in keeping landscapes healthy and attractive. As part of a dedicated team, you will play a key role in ensuring that properties are well-maintained and visually appealing throughout the year.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding
- Assist with planting, mulching, and seasonal clean-up activities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment
- Identify and report any issues related to plant health or property appearance
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
Qualifications
- Interest in working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
