Product Management Advisor-2
Successful candidates must demonstrate thought leadership and orchestrate development of solutions that meet market needs for Aerospace vertical. Must be a cross-regional, cross-functional orchestrator to deliver outcomes using current ops assets and to innovate what's next. Under limited supervision, leads development and execution of product/portfolio strategies and plans, taking into account product life cycle stage and the customer experience.
Essential Functions
Expertise and experience in Defense industry and 3PL freight forwarding in addition to developing and managing large scale global projects and programs

Must be a cross-regional, cross-functional orchestrator to deliver outcomes using current ops assets and to innovate what's next.
Leads development and implementation of marketing, sales and all other activities, as needed, to achieve the necessary business outcomes. Independently lead needed market, economic and competitive evaluations that affect product performance.
Performs fact based data analysis and interpretation to identify critical business insights.
Leads completion of needed advanced data models and analytics.
Identifies and prioritizes new features, including market analysis, business case development and driving prioritization.
Leads and executes complex new product development initiatives across large, cross-functional work teams.
Actively coaches others in less senior positions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent in product marketing, economics, business, or related field.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years work experience in functions focused on product management, market analysis or research, or equivalent.
More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. A related Master’s Degree equals two (2) years experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Superior knowledge of competitive, market and economic factors affecting product performance and ability to perform fact based data analysis.
Expert communication and presentation skills, quantitative, problem structuring and solving skills.
Superior executive presence, human relations, networking and influencing skills.
Strong project management and project management leadership experience.

Pay: Memphis range: $7,488.36/mo - $12,355.79/mo; Miami range: $7,882.48/mo - $13,006.09/mo; Pittsburgh range: $7,882.48/mo - $13,006.09/mo; Plano range: $7,882.48/mo - $13,006.09/mo
Additional Details: This position will be hybrid in Memphis, TN, Miami, FL, Pittsburgh, PA, or Plano, TX and candidates must live within a 50 mile radius. This position is hybrid, meaning employees will be required to work at a FedEx Campus location four (4) times per week.
