Infant Co-Teacher:

Do you believe the first year of life lays the foundation for a child's future? Are you passionate about creating a nurturing, responsive environment where infants can thrive?

Cheder Menachem Preschool is seeking a warm, dedicated, and professional Infant Co-Teacher to join our growing early childhood team for the upcoming school year.

We welcome applicants who have a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, as well as experienced educators who are passionate about working with infants.

We're Looking for Someone Who:

• Has a genuine love for infants and young children.
• Brings warmth, patience, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
• Has experience working with infants or in an early childhood setting.
• Holds (or is pursuing) a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred).
• Understands or is eager to learn about child development and developmentally appropriate practice.
• Enjoys collaborating with colleagues and building strong relationships with families.
• Is dependable, organized, and committed to providing high-quality care and education.
  

Responsibilities include:

• Creating a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment.
• Planning and implementing developmentally appropriate experiences for infants (Teacher/Co-Teacher).
• Partnering with the classroom team to support each child's growth and development.
• Providing attentive care during feeding, diapering, nap, and daily routines.
• Observing children's development and communicating with families.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom.
• Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday
• 8:45 AM – 3:00 PM.
• Part-time positions are also available.
