Front Office Professional
A Private Audiology Practice, in State College, PA is seeking a Front Office Professional to join our team. We have been helping patients in our community for over 15 years and we are passionate about providing both the best hearing healthcare technology available and the best patient experience possible.
We seek a sales-focused customer service or administrative front office professional who is passionate about helping people and interested in developing a career in the field of Audiology.

The following DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES are central to the role:
Manage patients scheduling and confirming appointments
I nsurance verifications & prior authorizations
Maintain patient records & manage patient charts
Extensive Customer Service utilizing email, phone calls, and in-person interactions
To ensure success candidates should also possess the following EXPERIENCE & SKILLS :
Demonstrated experience building strong and positive relationships with patients or customer
An ability to communicate verbally & in writing with utmost clarity
Proficiency with MS-Office & other medical practice software
High School Diploma
Business school or Associate degree preferred
