What Youll Do As a Customer Care Account Manager Youll be at the heart of our mission to serve and support our customers. Your responsibilities will include: Building strong relationships with customers and following up on their needs. Educating customers about insurance options through a needs-based, customer-first approach Proactively problem solving to provide an exception experience when our customers need us most.

What Were Looking For: The ideal candidate is : People-oriented with excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening). Detail-oriented and proactive in solving problems. Excited to learn and utilize new tools and technology. Strong ability to multi-task and work efficiently Able to work collaboratively in a team environment. Enthusiast to meet customer needs along with striving to achieve team sales goals. No experience? No problem!
