Service Technician Entry Level

Sheridan Nissan Mitsubishi in New Castle, DE is seeking dependable and motivated Lube Technicians to join our service team! Responsibilities: * Perform basic maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and filter replacements * Conduct multi-point inspections and report findings to service advisors or senior technicians * Assist in maintaining an organized and clean service area * Learn and follow manufacturer procedures for Nissan and Mitsubishi vehicles * Support the shop team and take on additional tasks as skills develop Qualifications: * Prior automotive or lube technician experience preferred, but not required * Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record * Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn * Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork * Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment Compensation & Benefits: * Hourly pay based on experience * Career growth opportunities – training and development to become a flat-rate Certified Technician * Paid factory training (Nissan and Mitsubishi) * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off and holidays * 401(k) retirement plan * Employee discounts on vehicles, service, and parts Why Sheridan Nissan Mitsubishi?
