Role:
As a Property Manager, this individual will be responsible for multiple units across two properties within the greater Philadelphia city limits. This would include managing the day to day of the properties, handling all contact with the tenants, leases, filling vacancies, counseling, recertification's, rent collection, notifications, market analysis, data collection and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, inspections, as well as working with corporate and outside vendors as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple properties at several different locations within the Philadelphia city limits
• Be the point of contact for all tenants as respective single and multi-unit properties
• Lease properties to perspective tenants; fill vacancies as needed
• Collect all information, applications, documentation, and draw up leases.
• Analyze market trends as well as internal data for competitive advantages
• Assist with recertification processes, budgets, market comparisons, inspections, etc.
• Manage all rent Collections, negotiations, and evictions
• Participate in the marketing plans
• Participate in strategic initiatives for the properties in the portfolio
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, etc.

Qualifications:

• Associates Degree or higher is required
• 4+ years of prior real estate property management or assistant property management
• Prior experience with Tax Credit properties, HUD, PHA, or low-income housing is preferred.
• The ability to work with all levels of professionals

Working Situation:

This will be an in office position with a 37.5 hour work week.
