Administrative Office Assistant

About the Job:

60X Custom Bowstrings is a fast-growing organization consisting of 5 online archery brands headquartered in Cowansville, PA. We are seeking an experienced administrative office assistant to help keep the day to day operations running smoothly. This position requires multiple skill sets. Pay will be based on skill and experience. Position is currently being fulfilled by an owner and it is time to allocate some of the workload.

• Answering and assisting customer on the phone, live chat and via email.
• Printing work orders and invoices.
• Packing and shipping daily product shipments.
• Managing inventory.
• Managing ebay, amazon or ecommerce store products and inventory.
• Processing and inspecting product returns.
• Responding to customer inquiries.
• Assist 4 division managers with work overflow.
• General office duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

• Exceptional work ethic, dependable, self-motivated, driven, analytical and strategic with the ability to work with minimal guidance.
• Excellent computer skills including good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel).
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
• Minimum 2 years of professional office experience.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple projects.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Archery knowledge is helpful but not necessary.
• Quickbooks experience is a plus.
• Photography, graphics, social media or marketing experience is a bonus.
