What a Day Looks Like

You arrive during daylight hours, Monday–Friday, and jump into a mix of proactive upkeep and on-the-spot fixes. You might start up a line to verify performance, tear down a gearbox to replace worn parts, or trace a wiring diagram to solve an intermittent fault—then button everything up to get product flowing again.

Core Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plant production machinery and support equipment
• Start up machines, observe operation, and assess performance to pinpoint mechanical or electrical issues
• Inspect, test, and verify the condition of equipment, components, and systems
• Disassemble faulty assemblies and reassemble to specification after repair
• Execute routine preventive maintenance to reduce unplanned downtime
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic instruments
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Support basic electrical and wiring repairs as needed
• Keep the work area orderly, safe, and compliant with shop standards
• Perform other related duties as assigned

What You Bring

• At least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience
• Background working with industrial machinery and production equipment
• Ability to read blueprints and basic electrical schematics
• Comfort with standard maintenance methods, hand/power tools, and diagnostics
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting capability
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Detail orientation and a strong safety mindset
• Dependable, self-directed, and collaborative
