Resident Director

SALARY/RANK: Commensurate with qualifications and experience.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree required. Two years related work experience, Residence Life experience preferred. Strong relationship and communication skills, along with an ability to promote and support a Christian vision of student development required. Candidate should possess excellent written and oral communication skills through various communication mediums, demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team member. Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and creativity are essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include daily management of residence hall; selection, supervision and evaluation of staff, counseling, and programming; opportunity to assist in Campus Ministries, Student Activities, and Community Service programs.
