What You’ll Own

You’ll be the driving force behind the Memory Care neighborhood—setting the tone, the standard, and the experience.

• Create an environment where residents feel safe, understood, and valued
• Lead, coach, and develop a dedicated care team with clear expectations and accountability
• Oversee resident assessments and ensure individualized, thoughtful care plans
• Anticipate and respond to changes in condition with strong clinical judgment
• Build lasting relationships with families—be a trusted partner and resource
• Ensure operations are compliant, organized, and always survey-ready
• Collaborate with department leaders to create a seamless resident experience

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience in Memory Care
• Preferably a nurse (LPN) in PA
• Proven leadership experience with team development and accountability
• Strong understanding of dementia care and resident-centered programming
• Confidence in managing compliance, documentation, and care oversight
• A calm, steady leadership presence—especially in fast-paced situations
• A collaborative, team-first mindset (not a micromanager)
