Position Overview:
We are seeking a Salon Assistant/Apprentice who is eager to learn and grow within a meaningful and creative environment. This is more than just an assistant position—it’s a gateway into a rewarding, long-term career in the hair loss and hair restoration industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist stylists during client appointments
• Greet guests and offer beverages or light concessions
• Shampoo hair (including color, adhesive, and treatment removal)
• Prep hair and scalp for services
• Clean and reset stylist stations
• Maintain inventory and cleanliness across the salon (including laundry, bathrooms, and daily deep cleans)
• Occasionally answer phones and help with guest coordination
• Support with cosmetic hair replacement services including:
• Hair extension and hair piece removal
• Cleaning and prepping of hair pieces
• Scalp and hair preparation

Ideal Candidate:

• Empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgmental
• Creative, detail-oriented, and open to learning
• Professional in communication and appearance (tattoos, piercings, and vivid hair colors are welcome—presentation and demeanor are key)
• Reliable, drama-free, punctual, and motivated
• Comfortable with both teamwork and independent tasks
• Licensed in PA or currently enrolled in cosmetology school
