Job Description

We are seeking skilled concrete workers who are interested in or have experience with precast work. The company is based in Ephrata, PA, and specializes in Concrete Precast Products. They will make the concrete products at their yard/shop in Ephrata, and then have their road crew go out and install it on job sites. The role would be apart of the road crew. You will assist in the precast being assembled at the shop, but most days you will be driving a company vehicle to and from various job sites in Lancaster County, PA to install the precast concrete, on to the job sites.

*Schedule is Monday - Friday with a typical start time around 5:30am or 6:00am. End times vary but you will get paid for drive time to and from jobs *

Responsibilities

• Assist with various site work tasks at the construction site.
• Manual labor installing precast concrete products on job sites.
• Operating hand and power tools.
• Reading blueprints and tape measures.
• Heavy lifting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
