Bankruptcy & Restructuring Associate Attorney –| $160k–$225k BASE SALARY| - Philadelphia, PA

Aligned Talent Acquisition partners with several respected mid-sized and boutique firms throughout Philadelphia and the Delaware Valley region that regularly hire Commercial Litigators. This posting reflects ongoing hiring needs across our client base as firms continue to strengthen their litigation teams.

We’re connecting with attorneys in the 3–7 year range who have strong experience handling commercial, contract, or business disputes in state or federal court and are open to confidential conversations about lateral opportunities.

• Handle discovery, motion practice, and depositions for complex business disputes

• Draft pleadings, briefs, and dispositive motions

• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences

• Collaborate with partners on case strategy, client communication, and trial preparation

• J.D. from an accredited law school; Pennsylvania bar admission required (Delaware admission a plus)

• 3–7 years of commercial, business, or general litigation experience

• Excellent writing, research, and advocacy skills

• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

$160,000 – $225,000 base salary , depending on firm size and experience
