REQUIREMENTS
Ø Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ø Dependable and efficient in time management.
Ø Able to multitask and work under pressure in fast pace office.
Ø Proficient with computers
RESPONSIBILITIES
ü Answer phone calls, schedule appointments
ü Verify insurance, calculate and collect patient co-pays;
ü Present treatment plans and facilitate financial arrangements
ü Submit claims and monitor insurance payments in a
timely manner.
ü Perform other tasks as required
Experienced preferred but will train.
