Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services within an acute rehabilitation unit in an inpatient hospital setting
• Evaluate and treat patients to restore function, improve mobility, and support recovery goals
• Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately using Epic EMR
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
• Maintain compliance with all state and facility requirements, including Pennsylvania clearance and fingerprinting mandates

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of Pennsylvania
• Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience
• Proficiency with Epic EMR
• Completion of Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance prior to start
• Completion of Department of Human Services fingerprinting and PA State Police (PATCH) clearance prior to start
• FBI Department of Aging fingerprinting completed within the last two years (or willingness to complete prior to start)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in an acute rehabilitation or inpatient hospital setting
• Familiarity with Pennsylvania state compliance and clearance processes for healthcare workers
