Location: Malvern, PA (hybrid)
Title: UX Product Designer
What You’ll Do
1. Create intuitive user experiences and shape UX strategies that align client needs and core
messaging with business goals.
2. Contribute to and influence user flows, wireframes, prototypes, content, and UI patterns across
mobile and web, adhering to established brand standards.
3. Develop experience and interface strategies, producing artifacts such as journey flows,
wireframes, and messaging to guide design and delivery.
4. Partner closely with UX peers, product, technology, and business teams to prioritize work and
translate user insights into actionable product solutions.
5. Collaborate with research and data partners to inform decisions with qualitative and quantitative
insights, using experimentation to validate ideas.
6. Apply market trends, competitive insights, OKRs, and user behavior to inform experience
direction and product evolution.
7. Advocate for user-centered solutions that adapt to changing client needs, business priorities, and
emerging technologies.
Qualifications
· Minimum 3 years of industry/field experience in user experience design, content, or strategy.
· Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training, certifications, and experience in a
creative or technical field.
