RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We are looking for a dependable and safety-driven Production Assembler to join our warehouse operations team in Ephrata Pennsylvania 17522 with $19/hr pay for 2-months contract (temp only) . In this role, you will be responsible for performing hands-on assembly and inspection tasks in a fast-paced production environment. You’ll operate production machinery, handle materials, and ensure all safety and quality standards are met. This position is ideal for individuals who are mechanically inclined, dependable, and thrive in physically active roles. The ideal candidate is experienced in assembly and must have history working in production and food or beverage manufacturing preferred . APPLY NOW!

Schedule :2nd Shift – Sunday through Thursday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM

Dress Code: Steel-toe shoes are required.

Responsibilities :

• Operate designated production equipment safely and efficiently, including start-up, changeover, shut-down, and basic preventative maintenance.
• Perform manual production tasks such as loading supplies, reworking products, and feeding items onto conveyors.
• Adhere to all company safety procedures and equipment operation policies at all times.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards through inspection and testing of products during production.
• Support general plant and equipment cleanliness through ongoing 5S and housekeeping tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous production experience required; experience in food or beverage manufacturing preferred.
• Experience in performing hands-on assembly and inspection tasks.
• Proven focus on safety, product quality, and efficiency in past roles.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
• Forklift experience required at some locations.
