The Opportunity

As part of the Business Application Consulting team, you will help lead the design and deployment of Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions. As a Manager, you will oversee the delivery lifecycle, maintaining exceptional project management and client engagement while mentoring junior staff to develop their skills and capabilities. What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 7 years of experience in AI/ML development

What Sets You Apart

• Proven experience in managing AI/ML development
• Demonstrating proficiency in Python for model development
• Familiarity with cloud services for SAP integrations
• Knowledge of plugin-based architectures and custom AI builds
• Experience managing pipelines for structured and unstructured data
• Assisting teams in developing technical coaching and skills
• Participating in client interactions regarding AI feasibility
• Aligning GenAI solutions with ethical guardrails

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
