Bartender

As a cocktail bar bartender, you are the artist behind the bar, crafting exquisite drinks that delight the senses and contribute to a memorable guest experience. Your role is both creative and technical, requiring a deep understanding of recipes, technique and excellent customer service skills.Key Responsibilities:
- Create classic and innovative cocktails, ensuring consistent quality and taste. 🍹
- Customer Interaction: Engage with guests to provide recommendations, take orders, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Bar Management: Maintain an organized and clean bar area, ensuring all supplies and ingredients are fresh and ready to use.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and communicate with management to reorder supplies as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with barbacks and servers to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Know Your Menu: Familiarize yourself with all cocktail recipes and be ready to suggest pairings.
