Sales Executive Commercial Insurance

Compensation & Earnings Potential

Base salary + uncapped commission
Expected earnings: $80,000 $100,000+ as you grow
Commission paid on new and renewal business
Performance-based bonuses

You Won't Be Starting From Scratch

Unlike most sales roles, we hand you a running start. Through our Team Thompson network, you'll have access to:

Title & Tag customers
DOT compliance clients
Existing transportation relationships

Real opportunities will be in front of you from day one you just have to show up and build on them.

What You'll Do

Build relationships with owner-operators, independent drivers, and small trucking companies
Help clients find the right commercial insurance coverage for their needs
Grow your own book of business over time
Stay in touch with clients and manage renewals
Develop new leads through referrals and networking
Learn how DOT regulations and insurance requirements work (we'll teach you!)

What We're Looking For

No experience required just bring:

A positive, people-first attitude
Strong communication skills
Self-motivation and a desire to grow
A willingness to obtain your Pennsylvania Property & Casualty License (we'll help you get there)
