• Unit: GI Unit, Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU)
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: January 12, 2026
• Shifts per Week: 4 (Monday – Friday)
• Shift Duration: 10-hour day shifts
• Total Hours per Week: 40
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,360 – $2,622
• Employment Type: On-Site, W2, Travel Nursing Contract

PACU Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania or compact state eligibility
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in GI nursing, PACU, or post-anesthesia care
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to remain dedicated to assigned GI unit (no floating between inpatient and outpatient units)

PACU RN Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality post-anesthesia care to GI patients in a collaborative, fast-paced healthcare setting
• Monitor patient recovery and respond promptly to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and uphold patient safety standards
• Support unit operations and contribute to a positive, patient-centered clinical environment
