A Day in the Life

You start with a well-planned schedule and a fully stocked service vehicle. First stop: diagnosing a rooftop unit for a busy facility manager. You isolate the fault, make the repair, and document it clearly. Midday brings a preventive maintenance visit where you complete checklists, replace consumables, and head off future issues. In the afternoon, you perform a site survey and move-out inspection, then wrap by submitting accurate service tickets, reports, and invoicing—keeping customers and internal teams informed every step of the way. About once a month, you’ll rotate on-call responsibilities.

What You’ll Handle

• Service and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC equipment across diverse facilities
• Execute preventive maintenance to maximize uptime and efficiency
• Diagnose problems and deliver timely, accurate repairs
• Complete site surveys and move-out inspections
• Communicate findings and recommendations to customers and internal teams
• Submit service tickets, reports, and invoices promptly
• Balance a steady mix of service calls, PMs, and repair work
• Join an on-call rotation approximately once per month

What You Bring

• 5+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC service experience preferred
• Sharp troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach
• Comfort working both independently and as part of a team
• Also open to high-level residential technicians ready to step into commercial work
