DIRECT HIRE- Payroll and Human Resources Assistant

Location: Lititz, PA
Salary: $52,000–$58,000 DOE | Full-Time, 1st shift

Allegiance Staffing is partnering with a highly respected global production and technology company headquartered in Lititz, PA to hire a Payroll and Human Resources Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative HR team within a well-established organization known for supporting major live events, entertainment, and production projects around the world.

This role serves as a key connection between Human Resources and Payroll, supporting employee lifecycle processes while ensuring payroll accuracy and HR operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Administration

• Support the full employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding

• Process benefit enrollments, status changes, and terminations

• Assist with leave administration including FMLA, STD, and LTD requests

• Maintain employee records and electronic files for compliance and audits

• Support recruitment efforts including job postings and phone screens

Payroll & HR Support

• Review payroll runs to ensure accuracy

• Assist with employment verifications, unemployment requests, and payroll reporting

• Provide administrative support for payroll and HR functions

Office & Employee Support

• Provide front desk coverage during scheduled times and PTO coverage

• Assist with vendor billing and administrative tasks

• Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to pay, benefits, and policies

Requirements:

• 2 years experience in prior Human Resources position

• Basic knowledge and experience with payrolling

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

• Professional communication and customer-service mindset

• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

• Experience with iSolved or HRIS systems is a strong plus
