Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC certification and school-based experience is needed for a K-12 educational setting in Pittston, PA. This contract position spans the full academic school year.
Key Qualifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid School SLP certification
- Experience providing speech and language assessments and interventions to K-12 students
- Strong knowledge of school-based therapy practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with educators and families
Location:
- Pittston, Pennsylvania
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students across grades K-12
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) based on assessment results
- Deliver direct speech therapy services tailored to student needs
- Collaborate regularly with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all applicable school and state regulations
