- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Observe and assess children's development and progress.
- Engage children in play-based learning activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents about children's progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom setting.
- Support the emotional and social development of each child.
- High School diploma and/or and Associates degree in Early Childhood Education
- Experience working with toddlers in a childcare setting.
- Knowledge of child development principles and practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Passion for fostering a love of learning in young children.
