Sun East Federal Credit Union of Aston, PA is seeking a Sr. Systems Analyst to join our Information Technology team. As a Sr. Systems Analyst, you will ensure all Application Services systems are maintained properly and are operating at their maximum performance abilities. You will make sure systems meet the needs of credit union staff and goals. Responsible for assisting with the overall efficient and effective operation of the Application Services area.

SKILLS AND/OR QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field; or equivalent experience
• Requires a minimum of five years related work experience
• Experience with the management, configuration, and modification of Jack Henry's Symitar platform and related third party products
• Proficiency in Symitar PowerOn scripting, SymForm, RepGen and a basic understanding of relational databases. Familiarity with APIs, batch processing, SQL report writing, and host-to-host integration is a plus.
• Experience in configuring, testing, and implementing process automation software to increase departmental efficiencies
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of the organization. Must be able to verbally communicate technical information in layperson's terms
• Demonstrated ability to think clearly and logically under pressure.
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to understand the financial services industry processes and use of technology
• Detail oriented and organizational skills a must
