Bilingual Administrative Assistant (Carl Mackley Houses)
Responsibilities
- Provide office support, including: maintaining files, ordering office supplies, and handling incoming and outgoing mail.
- Answer phone calls and greet residents and visitors.
- Assist with department operations, including recertifications, notices, and work orders.
- Update property management team on existing or potential problems.
- Coordinate tasks across multiple departments.
- Complete special projects as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational and recordkeeping skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Superb attention to detail.
- Ability to exercise good judgment and apply initiative.
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work.

- Experience in property management industry.
