Physical Therapist
- Collaborating with a care team on the management and delivery of patient care plans
- Traveling to patients' homes across your local area (roughly 20% of your day)
- Staying on top of charting with state-of-the-art tech designed to keep it fast
- Self-managing your schedule with support from dedicated schedulers
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM · 1 weekend per month · 2 holidays per year Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Valid Physical Therapist license issued in Pennsylvania
- 1+ year of healthcare experience
- 1+ year of experience with EMR systems (including Practice Partner or equivalent)
- Valid driver's license and comfort with local travel to patient homes
- Comfortable with tablets, mobile phones, and digital tools as part of daily workflow
- Pennsylvania PT license number in your application if available
