Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dependable B/C Level Automotive Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for technicians with foundational to intermediate experience who can perform routine maintenance and basic diagnostics while continuing to develop their skills in a fast-paced shop environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including:
• • Oil changes
  • Tire rotations and replacements
  • Brake inspections and repairs
  • Fluid checks and top-offs
• Conduct basic diagnostics using scan tools and service equipment
• Assist senior technicians (A-Level) with more complex repairs
• Perform minor mechanical repairs (belts, hoses, batteries, etc.)
• Perform Pennsylvania State Inspections and Emissions testing in accordance with state regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Accurately document work performed and parts used
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members

Qualifications:

• 1–3+ years of automotive repair experience (or equivalent training)
• Basic knowledge of vehicle systems (engine, brakes, suspension, electrical)
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and shop equipment
• Valid Pennsylvania State Inspection License (required)
• Emissions License (preferred, if applicable)
• ASE certifications (preferred but not required for C-Level; helpful for B-Level)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Level Breakdown (optional):
